I guess this app designed by a mentally ill ppl! You must connect to Spotify, otherwise there will always be a red flag on the page indicating that you have not completed the setup! I'm a paying customer but still have a lot of distractions. Rubbish.

I seen this app on TikTok one day and thought I should give it a try. I started talking to this beautiful woman for two weeks and we started dating back in October. Here in two weeks will be our 6 month and honestly, I’ve never been so happy in my life. I know she’s the one for me. Falling in love is the most rewarding feeling ever.

I have met women from this app don’t get me wrong. But a good 90% are catfish. They need to make it so that you must verify your profile not just an option. Come on Her get it togetHER

this app is full of cis men, and straight couples seeking "3rds" for bedroom play. It makes me very sick to my stomach that the developers allow this nonsense. Gay women shouldn't be fetishized, but they are on this app. I got multiple likes, but all of them were either from catfish accounts or heterosexual couples searching for a 🦄. Fix your app.

decrease the time limit for searching, maybe even take a step further and dig more into compatibility . Why are we being charged to see who likes us? The app seems all about money now . Especially seeing that app use to be so free. It’s basically Tinder for the gays. There’s no need for waiting to be able to match again. Just used it when i’m bored like most people. I used to love this app and I’m really still trying to but I have no actual expectations anymore from it. Too similar to tinder. non genuine

Messages from other people sometimes show up days after they’ve been sent. I’ve opened the app every day but sometimes I see a message from almost a week ago!!

I was discriminated against as a non binary person because my pictures aren’t queer enough for her. This is no safe space. This is a space of clear discriminatory practices without merit.

This app is sloppy in its messaging, limiting in its connectivity, and continually tells me I have 8 to 12 notifications when there is nothing new. I wish we had something better.

Basically have to pay to use it or else you’re ok with waiting several hours. Also I’m tired of seeing men on here. Like biological men. I could make this app better tbh

I was on this app for about a week when HER decided I “violated” their community guidelines and my account was placed on hold. No specific reason was given. I am unable to log back in. I reached out to support and NOTHING. Don’t waste your time on HER. Hinge is the best dating app! Also if you want more horror stories just go on the subreddit/HERapp. Plenty of people there saying the same thing happened to them!

I appreciate there being less cis men on this platform. I want to be supportive to this platform but I grow frustrated with the bot profiles and the constant messages from the HER account.

Actually really liked this app, paid for a month, less than a week later my account was frozen and permanently suspended with no justification given. Had actually connected with people and was having good conversations. Waste of time and money, so sad and frustrating. UPDATE: Support un-froze my account a few days later, and then a couple days later it was frozen again and support is unresponsive.

Not user friendly, hard to navigate, tons of technical issues, and I'm pretty sure most of the people on there are fake.

This was the go to lesbian app, it’s just not it anymore , the quality of people’ and the app it self is not good. You have to pay for the smallest thing to connect . The app isn’t even worth it

I like this app but it’s full of weird glitches, especially lately. It keeps saying I have 5 likes but when I open the app- no one is there. I also keep a range of 10 miles. I’ve had a couple times where I will be swiping and like someone when it says they are within that range. Then when they match, they can be extremely far (I’ve had someone be 1000 miles away). I’ll ask if they’re on vacation or recently travelled but they say no. I just want these patched and then I’d give more stars

This app is literally nothing but bots there’s no point to it.

Firstly, the name: pretty sure asexuals are part of the LGBTQ+ so why is it separate in the name? A nitpick? No. Fix it please. Second, I used the week free trial (was still charged btw!) and was AMAZED at how little I could do without it. Why even have the app for free at all? Just make it like $1.99+ with IAPs or something. Like fr. Third, the Community. I absolutely love the idea but it’s just clogged with horny tricks. Nobody chats or is decent. It’s just classy porn 24/7. ⭐️⭐️ Stars Expensive, clogged with bots (matched with 4 bots in a row once), useless without paying. For shame

now suddnely everything is behind a freaking paywall. “nearby” and “online “ used to be able to be accessed by everyone, not anymore!! at this rate i’m going to get back on tinder because this app is awful now. good riddance!

Don’t take the bait on the free trial. They say that they will notify you when your subscription is ending. They DO NOT. You’ll get stuck with the full bill without notification. And honestly, you don’t get better results.

My account was suspended due to a false report and since December, the ‘support’ team has not helped me resolve the issue. The rep Samantha would not answer my question for the process for when your account is reported under false information. I’ve been on HER for YEARS, since it first came out and never had issues because I follow the rules. I have a good social media following and have friends who use the app. I will be telling them all my experience since HER is unhelpful.

I wanted to try a new dating app since hinge has been pretty bad. This is by far the worst dating app I’ve ever used. Within a day I got about 50 likes because you can only filter what you’re looking for, not who sees you as well, but you can only only see about 4 of the likes you receive per day for free. Having to pay to see who likes you is insane, don’t waste your time or money

Please do more to weed out scammers and criminals. There are a lot of scammers and criminals using fake profiles and impersonating people on your site. Shouldn’t profiles be available after identity has been verified?

They have made the free version so unbearably bad that the only option for a decent experience (MAYBE) is to pay $30/mo. Nah.

I get that most of these apps need a paid version, they have to make money somehow, but the free version is so cluttered with ads and you’re super limited on likes per day, it feels unusable. I can’t even get a feel for the app to see if I like it enough to pay for it. I’d love to actually spend some time swiping or be able to navigate without another pop up. This is just motivation to delete the app and stay single.

They should be clear this is not free and you barely get anything without having to pay. Maybe give the first month free

I think they should let people under 18 in because I am under 18 but I am lesbian but I can’t find anybody because I’m under 18

Like the latest reviewer I really don’t care for the fact that my age range isn’t applicable to other users. I don’t want requests from 40+ year olds or teens clogging up my likes which are severely limited, preventing me from potentially matching with someone I might actually be interested in. If user engagement is important then make the user experience better not worse for us.

I do love this app and only seeing sapphics, but anybody, even people outside your preferred age range can like you which I find uncomfortable. i don’t want teenagers liking me nor 50 year olds. i wish I could only be shown to the ages I choose

This app costs money just to see who you potentially matched with, it’s garbage like every other dating app like tinder ect.

HER used to be a decent app but now it’s filled with scammers, catfishes, CIS men are making their way on it and it’s super buggy.

You have to PAY to filter what you are looking for? That’s gross. I shouldn’t have to pay to say I’m looking for something specific. Immediate uninstall. Response to Dev: being able to specify my sexuality and looking for people who fit my criteria for my sexuality IS an important feature that every other dating app has for free that you are charging for.

Have been on this app for a week, already have had 3 scammers try to get me to move to WhatsApp. Those who use this, be aware.

The text under what the app is called can just say lgbt chat, since asexuals are already part of the lgbt community

Please make it a basic feature to filter only people who are looking for a serious relationship

Only complaint is that the messaging is delayed, so it’s hard to connect and keep conversation.

The layout makes no sense and the app is useless without paying which I don't do. Waiting 24 hours only to get through like 10 of your likes is insane, I'd never be able to respond to my likes as they'd build up. Notifications are glitchy and it's clear you have to use the add friend option to bypass the blocked likes.

Out of all the apps, this one has the most catfish. People post pictures that aren’t real. Then they match with you and start a conversation with broken English and vague details. I’ve even had one try to convince me they were French. Jokes on you! I’m fluent in French and I know you’re using a translator. Only once did I meet a real person who was who they said they were.

for one the app is slow, whack, not user friendly, they would offer you a free trial but still charge you $32 and once they do, you try to contact CS and all they do is give u the run around and blame your phone for the charge. You are NOT going to make a connection that cause one no is ever online. People probably come on this app when they’re bored that’s about it!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

This app is the worst app to exist and I stand on that because the people I meet on there are literally toilet water people and nobody on there is actually looking for a relationship and people be playing games don’t download this app it’s not reliable

I’ve met my wife undeniably so I’m here to say thank you for helping it happen! She rocks my world!
