I purchased a 12 month premium and the app told me it would only be 8 dollars as a limited-time offer. I was charged the full price. My bank account is now dangerously empty and I dont get maid for another two weeks. FIX THIS ASAP.

Absolutely ridiculous. Has been such a wonderful app until now. So disappointing. Will probably delete the app.

Really? Charging to see who liked me? Mean. I loved this app before it cost something to use it for what it was best at. How about only charge to chat with the person? Not gonna bother if I cant even see who liked me back.

Why should we pay just to simply log into the app and do what it was intended to be for? Not to forget that the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. $20 for one month. Are you kidding me? They take advantage of the LGBT community and its ridiculous

I stopped using this app once they started charging for access to the most basic features like "change location". I was out of town when I downloaded this app and now I cannot even change it to my local location! Lol good job Her. Not user friendly at all. I get it, you guys have to make money but at least charge a price that matches what its worth. Its so awkward paying a company $9.99 to advertise me. No thanks! Good luck

I used to use this when everything was free. It was great then. Now, not so much. Be ready to pay for the "premium" features that used to be free. Closed my account and deleted. There are better apps out there.

Downloaded app got all set up. You literally cant do anything unless you pay. Also hate that you have to connect to social media.

Her is a nice app easy to get through and fun. It would be cooler if more girl get on it and if people stop being shy!!!! But its really the best app Ive tried so far!

HER is 1000% times better for queer girls than tinder (finally a place where we can match with more than just straight girls looking for threesomes with their boyfriends haha), and their customer support is amazing- they fixed the app to help me and my gf retrieve our chat history from when we first met. At first I totally didnt realize relationship-mode meant you were put into an essentially "not looking for dates" group. Might be helpful to change the name of the option or add some clarification/info underneath
